Beyond the obvious need for sanitary practices, the biggest change is limiting the number of attendees at the home inspection. It is more a question of "should I" rather than "can I attend the home inspection." So how do I get my home inspection report?
Although a home inspector cannot work remotely, your home inspection report can be fetched remotely, your payment made remotely by e-transfer or credit card and a telephone consultation held with your home inspector, after you receive your inspection report. Home buyers, sellers and the real estate community are my top priority, and as much as we all enjoy meeting and discussing the features of your new home, at this time we ask that homebuyers and sellers strictly limit, or even eliminate attendance at home inspections. As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, protocols are changing daily. As a home inspector I am doing my best to continue to serve my valued clients, while taking the necessary precautions and actively reviewing my work practices. Visit our website to see how it works.
