2/4/2020 0 Comments DEAR HOME SELLER:Thank you for allowing us to inspect your home. As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, home inspectors are consciously exercising the established safety protocols. We are sensitive to your health and privacy, and we do our best to respect you and your property by minimizing physical contact, and by leaving things as we found them.
Beyond the obvious need for disinfection, the biggest change is strictly limiting the number of attendees at the home inspection. Home buyers, sellers and the real estate community are our top priority. As home inspectors we are doing our best to continue to serve our valued clients, while taking the necessary precautions and actively reviewing our work practices. Although a home inspector cannot work remotely, home inspection reports can be fetched remotely, payments made remotely by e-transfer or credit card and a telephone consultation held with the home inspector, after online delivery of the inspection report. Although nothing is perfect, along with the use of appropriate PPE and disinfection practices, this is how we endeavour to protect you and your home. Thank you for your confidence and goodwill.
