Your home inspection report should be delivered as soon as possible after the inspection. A good inspection report is delivered in an easy-to-read format, ideally including photos detailing areas of interest or concern in your new home. It should identify components that are not performing, as well as items that are near the end of their life. The report should clearly indicate any components of the home which were inaccessible, not tested or otherwise excluded from the report.
